HOW TO USE
Peel and place one patch on abdomen, ensuring area is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard. This fabric patch features a water-resistant technology that withstands short showers and light workouts for up to 12 hour wear, so pain doesn’t stop your day. Like other adhesive products, removal can sometimes be difficult. Ease removal by pulling off quickly, pulling off parallel to your body (as opposed to pulling up and away), and trimming hairy spots prior to use.
